Swedish superstar Carola is coming to Unity Arena at Fornebu on Saturday, October 11th. This will be her only show in the world in 2025, and her biggest concert in Norway ever!

The concert will be a grand evening of celebration of the pop queen's many hits with a spectacular stage show.

Carola is one of the participants in the new season of the TV2 hit "Hver gang vi møtes", which starts on TV2 on January 1st. This is the first time a Swedish artist has participated in the Norwegian version of the program.

"I'm going to do my very best and deliver a show that Norway and Sweden have never seen me do before. My audience and I have a long history of over 40 years with many great musical memories. It feels good to go big in Norway, but of course it's also a bit nerve-wracking. A real STATEMENT! Together we will raise the roof at Unity Arena and create an evening with an unforgettable atmosphere and great fellowship!

I'm really looking forward to seeing how the songs from Hver gang vi møtes are received by the Norwegian audience - it feels like I'm sitting on dynamite!

My dream is for this concert to be experienced as a big public celebration, while at the same time giving the audience an intimate and genuine atmosphere where there is room for everyone.

"Carola has really left her mark on pop history, and she is as much a queen to those who have followed her since the 80s as she is a legend to those who are discovering her now. She simply has a dimension of her own; Star with a capital S! Her shows are fantastic, and we're so incredibly happy that she's bringing next year's exclusive concert to Norway. It's going to be a lot of fun!" says Anita Halmøy Wisløff-Menteer, promoter at All Things Live.

In 1983, a 16-year-old Carola stood in the Palladium in Malmö on the Melodifestivalen stage and performed "Främling" for the first time. The rest is history. The song changed Carola's life, and sounds just as fantastic now as when she performed it for the first time.

In 2022, Carola immediately sold out the Aviici Arena in Stockholm when the concert was released. The following year, she filled no less than four venues in Oslo, including Oslo Spektrum, with her retrospective concerts celebrating her four decades as an artist.

The stage is set for a colorful public celebration at Fornebu in October, with a full sing-along to "Främling", "Fångad av en stormvind", "Tommy tycker om mig", in addition to several old and new hits that are guaranteed to appear in the wake of Hver gang vi møtes. There might even be a guest or two on stage with the pop icon! You don't want to miss this.

Transportation

We strongly recommend everyone to use public transportation to Unity Arena, which is only a 15-20 minute walk from Lysaker station, a hub for buses, trains and airport trains. Several bus routes take you efficiently and quickly to the arena and back again. For specific routes and timetables from your stop, visit www.ruter.no.

We recommend that you do not drive to Unity Arena as there may be traffic jams to get in and out of Fornebu.

If you still need to drive, there are parking spaces opposite Unity Arena, as well as in the parking garage at Fornebuporten and IT Fornebu. Follow the signs "P-mot betaling". Here there are parking tickets available that are valid throughout your visit.

In the area around the Unity Arena, there are three large hotels that offer a good and high standard of accommodation at reasonable prices.

Scandic Fornebu - 1.5 km from the arena with 344 rooms
Radisson Blu Park Hotel - only 300 meters from the arena with 251 rooms.
Quality Hotel Expo - just across the road from the arena with 301 rooms.
