Upon presentation of your HC certificate, you will be directed to the nearest available HC parking. At busy events, there is a risk that the HC parking lot will be full.

Prolonged exposure to loud noise can cause hearing damage. Earplugs are available from all our sales points and in-house personnel who sell higher quality earplugs.

At some events, pyrotechnic effects and powerful flashing lights will be used.

There are 12 kiosks around the stands selling a range of food, drinks and snacks during events.

During concerts, bars are set up on the carpet selling alcoholic drinks, mineral water and snacks.

For most concerts, the outside of the arena is set up as a festival area with a selection of food trucks, merch stands and a bar. The festival area normally opens 2 hours before the doors to the event open. See specific event or keep an eye out on our social media channels for exact times.

A selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is available at our sales points during an event. At certain types of events and family events, only non-alcoholic beverages will sometimes be sold. Keep an eye on our website and social media channels for updated information.

Water-drinking stations are available at several locations at the arena floor and on the second floor. These are well marked and easy to find.

Unity Arena is located at Fornebu, a short distance from Oslo city center.

We recommend everyone to travel by public transport to Unity Arena, and there are several scheduled buses that easily take you here. The nearest bus stop to the arena is Fornebuparken. During major events, this bus stop is closed approximately 1 hour before the doors open. In that case, use the Telenor Fornebu stop. Check ruter.no for timetables.

Lysaker station, a hub for buses, trains and airport trains, is only a 15-20 minute walk from Unity Arena.

It is also possible to use a car at most events. See "Plan your visit" under the relevant event.

At the largest concerts, shuttle buses are set up for Unity Arena. They run directly and continuously from Oslo city center, and take approx. 15-20 minutes (specific location and time will be announced in advance of each concert on our social media channels and website). Return directly to Jernbanetorget.

Shuttle bus tickets can be purchased via Ticketmaster or at the bus stop.

We recommend using public transportation or shuttle buses to get to Unity Arena. If you still want to drive, there are parking options at Unity Arena and in the surrounding area. For most events, parking is available directly across the road from the arena. It is also possible to park in the parking garage at Fornebuporten and IT Fornebu. Follow the signs "P-mot betaling".

We recommend that tickets are purchased through the official ticket company for the event in question. Unity Arena follows Forbrukerombudets strong recommendation by warning against buying tickets from black market sellers, such as Viagogo, Onlineticketshop, Stubhub or private individuals you do not know. Purchases from such sites may result in tickets not being sent to you or in you receiving fake tickets that denies you access to the event.

The organizer or Unity Arena will not refund or compensate guests who are denied entry due to tickets purchased through unofficial channels.

For information and reservation of disabled and companion seats, follow the instructions under the relevant event. Companions need their own ticket, the organizer decides how this is priced.

It is recommended that you use the ticket distributor's mobile app to scan your ticket to ensure that you have the latest version of your ticket. Alternatively, you can find your ticket on the ticket distributor's website or as an attachment in the email you received upon purchase. Make sure you have enough power on your phone and that the screen is undamaged so that our scanners can scan your ticket.

It is important that you use the entrance stated on your ticket. The only exception is if you have purchased tickets in one order and received both entrances 9 and 14, then the whole group can enter one of the two entrances together.

If you have purchased a ticket and you or close ones do not have the opportunity to use it, we recommend that you use the resale function of the event's ticket distributor. Read more at ticketmaster.no (applies if the promotor uses Ticketmaster and has activated resale at their event).

If you wish to sell via channels other than the organizer's ticket partner, all responsibility lies with you as the seller and the person who buys the ticket from you. Remember that you are not allowed to sell tickets at a higher price than you have paid for them, click here for more information.

To gain access to the event, you must have a valid ticket and follow Unity Arena's event rules.

There is no minimum age limit for events unless otherwise stated in the ticket conditions. Please note that children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult (ref. Police Act in Bærum).

A security check is carried out to ensure the safety of you and other guests during events. A personal search may be carried out, checking clothes, bags and other items. The check is carried out according to the security level set for the event in question.

Each guest is normally allowed to bring a small bag / or backpack. At some events there may be other rules set by the promotor, so it is always recommended to check our website when purchasing and in the days before the event.

The following items are not allowed to be brought to events at Unity Arena.

• Photo camera with detachable camera lens
• Audio and video recording devices
• Noise producing devices
• Flashlights
• Laser pen
• Drone, remote control plane
• Small electric vehicle, electric scooter, Segway, skateboard, etc.
• Posters, flags and banners larger than 30 x 50 cm
• Posters/banners attached to poles
• Food brought with you
• Large backpacks and/or bags
• Folding chair/Camping chair
• Umbrellas
• Selfie sticks
• Bottles, cans and containers
• Animals, with the exception of guide dogs
• Posters, banners and other items with inappropriate language, political, religious or commercial messages or degrading characterization of people and organizations

Other bans may be imposed by the organizer at certain events. This will then be informed specifically for the individual event. These exceptions are in addition to the points above.

You are responsible for not bringing items that are in violation of the event's regulations. In cases where you bring items that are not permitted, these may be confiscated. In some cases, such items may be stored at the security checkpoint. Please note that this is done at the owner's own risk and responsibility. Unity Arena is not responsible for loss or damage to items that are handed in for storage.

You may be expelled or denied access to an event if you:

• Refuse to hand over prohibited items at the security checkpoint
• Refuse to allow our security personnel to conduct a security check
• Negatively affects the experience of other visitors
• Disrupts or affects the execution of the event
• Causes damage to people or property
• Is obviously under the influence of intoxicants
• Buying/delivering alcohol to minors
• Standing on seat or in escape route
• Smoking indoors, including e-cigarettes
• Entering prohibited areas such as (but not limited to) technical zones, changing rooms, the stage or similar.
• Violating Norwegian law, applicable arena regulations or the ticket conditions.

To ensure the safety and security of all visitors, we reserve the right to expel and deny access to the arena if you object to or violate the terms and conditions of the arena and/or the event. Expelled people are not entitled to a refund of ticket costs.
Violation of these terms and conditions may also result in reporting to the police.

In the event of an emergency, an announcement will be made over the arena's speaker system. Leave the arena calmly by the nearest emergency exit and follow the instructions given by the arena's personnel and personnel from the emergency services.

Events can use pyrotechnic effects and powerful flashing lights.

It is not permitted to leave the event and return. Your ticket is then invalid unless otherwise specified in the ticket conditions.

For some specific events, and at the request of the production/artist, it may occur that audiences arriving late to the start of the event are not allowed in until there is a natural break or intermission. You will not be refunded if you miss parts of the event due to late arrival.

Unfortunately, there are no changing facilities at Unity Arena.

No, there is no ATM at the arena. The nearest ATMs can be found at Lysaker Torg, Lysaker station and at the Fornebu S shopping center.

Unity Arena has some of the country's best 3G/4G/4G+ coverage, but no WiFi.

This is decided by the promotor and the tour. At most concerts, merchandise will be available for purchase inside or outside the arena.

We have medical personnel at all concerts. At trade fairs or other smaller events, there are security guards with first aid training. You can contact the nearest host/guard or at the kiosk for assistance in calling for medical personnel.

There are 3 hotels at Fornebu in direct proximity to the arena:

• Scandic Fornebu - 1.5 km from the arena with 344 rooms.
• Radisson Blu Park Hotel - only 300 meters from the arena with 251 rooms.
• Quality Hotel Expo - just across the road from the arena with 301 rooms.

Furthermore, it's a short distance to Oslo, which has a large and wide range of accommodation options.
