LEGENDARY RUSH TO NORWAY IN 2027!

Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson celebrate over 50 years with RUSH. Today, they announce that the Fifty Something Tour will be extended with dates in South America, the UK, and Europe in the spring of 2027. The tour marks the celebration of over 50 years of RUSH music, the band's legacy, and is a tribute to the late drummer and lyricist Neil Peart.

On April 6, 2027, they will arrive at Unity Arena in Oslo.

In 2025, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees and GRAMMY nominees Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson announced their return to the stage with an extensive tour of North America in 2026. The response was overwhelming: the first 22 concerts sold out immediately, and the tour was extended to a total of 58 concerts in 24 cities—with over half a million tickets sold.

Now the celebration continues in Europe in 2027! The tour will consist of 24 concerts across 13 countries. The special "evening with" concerts will feature two sets each night, with a varying selection of songs from a catalog of over 40 songs, including classics and fan favorites.

Lee and Lifeson are joined on tour by renowned German drummer, composer, and producer Anika Nilles, known for her work with Jeff Beck, among others. Keyboardist Loren Gold (The Who, Roger Daltrey) is also participating.

"We can't wait to get back to all these cities we haven't played in so long, as well as hitting some new places we've yet to play. Both Alex and I are loving the hours of rehearsal time we're spending with Anika and now Loren, learning around 40 songs which will enable us to keep the shows evolving, playing some different songs on different nights. We are thrilled that many of our longstanding crew have come back to help us design the kind of RUSH show that fans have grown accustomed to expect from us. We dearly hope you will come along and help us celebrate 50 years of Rush music, while giving Neil the long overdue tribute he so richly deserves," says Geddy Lee.

Neil Peart's widow and daughter, Carrie Nuttall-Peart and Olivia Peart, say: "We are thrilled to support the Fifty Something tour, celebrating a band whose music has resonated and inspired fans for generations, and to honor Neil's extraordinary legacy as both a drummer and lyricist. Neil's musicianship was singular. Compositions of intricacy and power that expanded what rhythm itself could express. As both drummer and lyricist, he was irreplaceable. Inimitable in his artistry, and unmatched in the depth and imagination he brought to the lyrics that inspired and moved so many, he profoundly shaped how fans connected with him and the band, giving voice and meaning to their own lives. As the band enters this new chapter, it promises to be truly unforgettable. We are excited to see how their new vision unfolds, and to hear this legendary music played live once again."

RUSH also offers exclusive VIP experiences through the 2112 Platform Experience, which may include Meet & Greet, autograph signing, production tour, access to the Xanadu pre-show VIP lounge, and exclusive merchandise packages.

With over 45 million albums sold, seven GRAMMY® nominations, and billions of streams, RUSH has left an indelible mark on rock history. The band is inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame®, and the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame, and has received numerous honors, including the Order of Canada and stars on both the Canada Walk of Fame and the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Neil Peart passed away on January 7, 2020, after a long illness. The Fifty Something Tour is both a celebration of the band's five-decade history and a tribute to Peart's unique contributions as a musician and lyricist. The tour in 2026 and 2027 will give both new and loyal fans the opportunity to experience RUSH's music live again!
